4-CN-BINACA-ADB is a synthetic cannabinoid. It is a member of the indazole family of cannabinoids, specifically an indazole-3-carboxamide type. It is closely related to a series of such compounds developed by Pfizer in 2009. These were originally in development as painkillers. Like most indazole synthetic cannabinoids, this is a powerful CB1 agonist. There is little formal data available, but anecdotal evidence suggests an active dose as low as 1/10^th of a milligram.
